IMPAOR, S.A. has decided to take a first step by establishing a quality and environmental system based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 "Systems Quality Management. Requirements" and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 "Environmental management systems. Requirements with guidance for use" Standards for all activities undertaken by the company, and in accordance with the FSC and PEFC systems for those products defined by their specific scope. |

This quality and environmental system is designed to ensure the quality delivery of services offered by IMPAOR, S.A., to achieve the complete satisfaction of our customers' needs and to attain an improvement in the organisation's environmental performance.

In the same vein and with the goal of going a step further in contributing to sustainable development, IMPAOR, S.A. joins the protection of the world's forests through our sustainable management system by becoming integrated into the FSC and PEFC chain of custody certifications. Through these chain of custody systems, we are committed to the implementation and monitoring of a tracking system to ensure the sustainable origin of the raw wood materials entering the production process, as well as the close monitoring of possible conflicting sources of raw materials that could enter the production process and, to prevent this from happening. |

In addition, our suppliers provide us with environmentally friendly paper, ensuring that this paper has been obtained from sustainable forests, in efficient and responsible factories, and using clean energy. For this reason, we are able to offer a wide range of products with different environmental certifications.
